About our leadership and management program

The Ph.D. program in the Department of Leadership and Management* prepares graduates to take on leadership positions and address organizational needs in a variety of for-profit or nonprofit industries, locally and globally. Helping students work toward sustainable change, we prepare leaders who can work creatively in a world that is diverse, complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing.

Effective leaders must be able to adapt to the evolving needs of complex global organizations and systems. By crossing the division between theory and real-world application, graduates will be able to strategically network human resources across the globe while building collaborative partnerships with other organizations.
